    Understanding Suicide and Its Causes: Explore the complex factors that can contribute to suicidal thoughts and behaviours, including mental health, emotional distress, and social pressures.

    Recognising Signs: Learn to identify verbal, behavioural, and situational indicators of suicide risk.

    Effective Communication: Develop the skills to engage in sensitive, non-judgmental conversations that de-escalate crises and provide hope.

    Programme Format and Delivery
    Delivered online or in person over one day, the programme combines interactive presentations, real-world case studies, and situation practices, ensuring participants leave with skills they can immediately apply.

    Certification
    On successful completion, learners can opt to complete the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) Level 4 Award in Suicide First Aid®, an accredited qualification that demonstrates advanced competence in suicide prevention.
